Onboard every flight, there are at least two medical providers with years of experience in hospital emergency rooms, intensive care units, or critical care ambulances. These teams always consist of Physicians, Registered Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, or Paramedics having undergone rigorous training in Flight Physiology and Flight Safety. Throughout the transport, they work under the direction of our Medical Director who retains complete control of the patient’s healthcare via satellite phone and previously communicated standing orders and protocols.
CareJet’s medical equipment is properly inspected and tested before each and every flight. And the standards you expect from your doctor, emergency room or intensive care unit are the same ones we uphold from bedside to bedside.
